1. What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If you arrive 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, your service may be subject to change. We follow a strict treatment schedule and reserve the right to cancel part or all of your treatment to accommodate other clients.

3. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Our studio has a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: We will reschedule or cancel your appointment and refund 100% of the deposit received.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded.

4. What happens if I don't show up for my appointment?

A no-show or a same-day (late) cancellation will result in a charge for the full-service price.

5. Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

Due to the nature of our relaxing services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied. We do not allow guests during appointments.

6. Do I need a patch test before my treatment?

Yes, all new customers are required to come in for a patch test and consultation. The patch test must be completed at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure safety and avoid any allergic reactions.

7. Can minors receive treatments at your studio?

You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments at our studio. If you are under 18, written and signed permission from your parents or carers is required.

8. What should I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. If you provide more than 48 hours' notice, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment without any penalty.
