My name is Ivett Gilau – I am a multiple award-winning Permanent Makeup Artist, educator, and academy founder.

I work with artists who want more than average results – who want precision, confidence, and a professional reputation that stands out in an increasingly saturated industry.

My career is built on discipline, responsibility, and consistently high standards.

Permanent Makeup is not just a beauty service – it is a responsibility.

Every treatment shapes a client’s confidence, and every student I train carries my professional standard into the industry.

That is why I created my academy: to raise the level of education, ethics, and quality within Permanent Makeup.

I am the founder and owner of iGlam Aesthetics Academy, where I train both beginners and advanced artists to work with confidence, structure, and professionalism.

My focus is not on training volume, but on training quality.

I don’t teach shortcuts. I teach long-term skill, safety, and professional mindset.

My work and teaching have been recognised internationally.

I am a multiple award winner in Permanent Makeup and have been part of Sveto Academy, where I was also awarded for a professional beauty class recording in Estonia.

In 2024, I won 1st place in Powder Brows in the United Kingdom, and later the same year I became World Champion – 3rd place in Powder Brows at the finals of the World S Championship.

These achievements are not about titles – they are proof that the standards I teach are proven on an international level.

I am also an official ambassador for Etalon Mix, working with professional pigments and products that meet the highest industry standards.

I believe in representing only brands I truly trust and use in my own work and training.

Education for me goes beyond the classroom.

At PIMU University, I am a coordinator trainer in the Hungarian Mentor Program, where we support artists through structured, long-term development – not just short courses.

In our first generation, 51 Permanent Makeup Artists completed a two-month mentoring program, finished with a large final event that celebrated real progress, not just certificates.

This program reflects my belief that true growth happens through guidance, accountability, and professional community.

I am also the creator and lead educator of the Post Like a Pro Combo Course, where I trained 89 beauty professionals to build their personal brand, professional presence, and online authority.

I don’t believe that great skills alone are enough in today’s market.

Artists need to know how to position themselves, communicate their value, and build a brand that reflects their level – and that is exactly what I teach.

Everything I build – my academy, mentoring programs, courses, and collaborations – is designed to raise standards in the industry.

I am not interested in creating technicians.

I train professionals with responsibility, structure, and vision.
