Please read carefully before making a booking.

Iglam Aesthetics & Academy is a professional beauty, aesthetics, permanent makeup, and education provider offering aesthetic treatments, permanent makeup procedures, beauty training courses, online consultations, and non-invasive cosmetic services.

3. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
Booking Confirmation
All appointments, courses, consultations, and treatments require advance booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Remaining Balances
The remaining balance must be paid:
- On the day of the appointment, or
- Before the commencement of a course or consultation
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Deposits cover:
- Reserved appointment times
- Administrative costs
- Preparation time
- Loss of availability for other clients
No exceptions apply.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Treatments & Consultations
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Courses & Training
All course deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Course dates may only be transferred once and only with sufficient notice and approval.
Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of the full course fee.
Failure to attend a training course without notice will result in cancellation without refund.
5. LATENESS POLICY
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled depending on schedule availability.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and lose their deposit.
6. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must provide honest, complete, and accurate medical information before any treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding status, previous procedures, or contraindications may result in adverse outcomes for which Iglam Aesthetics & Academy accepts no responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe it may not be safe or suitable.
7. TREATMENT RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results from aesthetic, permanent makeup, anti-wrinkle, skin, and non-invasive treatments vary from person to person.
No guarantees are made regarding:
- Longevity
- Healing
- Retention
- Final appearance
- Individual results
Additional sessions or touch-ups may be required and may incur additional charges.
Healing outcomes depend on:
- Skin type
- Lifestyle
- Medical history
- Aftercare compliance
- Individual body response
8. PATCH TESTING
Certain treatments require patch testing at least 24–48 hours before the appointment.
Failure to attend patch testing may result in cancellation of the treatment appointment and loss of deposit.
Clients remain responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities.
9. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are fully responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided verbally or in writing.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may negatively affect results and longevity.
We are not responsible for poor healed results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
10. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS
Online consultations and mentoring sessions are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Advice given during consultations does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
Online sessions may not be recorded, copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Missed online consultations are non-refundable.
11. TRAINING COURSE TERMS
Certification
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, manuals, videos, presentations, methods, techniques, branding, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Iglam Aesthetics & Academy.
Copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, teaching, sharing, reselling, or reproducing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken in cases of copyright infringement or unauthorised use of intellectual property.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for:
- Arriving on time
- Completing required coursework
- Following health and safety procedures
- Arranging models where applicable
- Maintaining professional conduct
We reserve the right to remove any student behaving inappropriately, disruptively, or unsafely without refund.
12. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, all treatments, services, courses, consultations, deposits, and digital products are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
- Failure to follow aftercare
- Missed appointments
- Delayed healing
- Individual expectations
Products may only be exchanged if faulty and unused in original packaging.
13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unsafe medical conditions
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Harassment or abuse
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows
- Failure to follow policies
- Suspected intoxication
- Contraindications preventing safe treatment
14. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
While all treatments and training are carried out with professional care and hygiene standards, clients acknowledge that all cosmetic and aesthetic procedures carry potential risks and individual healing responses.
By booking with Iglam Aesthetics & Academy, clients accept full responsibility for any risks associated with treatments undertaken.
Iglam Aesthetics & Academy shall not be held liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Complications due to undisclosed medical conditions
- Failure to follow aftercare
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference
- Loss of earnings
- Indirect or consequential damages
15. WEBSITE & ONLINE STORE
All content, branding, logos, images, text, graphics, videos, and materials displayed on this website remain the property of Iglam Aesthetics & Academy and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Prices, services, and course information may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without liability.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a course, attending training, making payment, or using this website, you confirm that:
